Course Description                                   Cost: $725

EFDA/XRAY Combo Course: This is a one day course for a dental assistant who has been formally trained by a licensed dentist for a minimum of one year. Students in the EFDA/XRAY combo class must be proficient in all areas of expanded duties and radiographic functions in a clinical setting as listed below.

Students registering for this combo class will be required to be prepared by reading, studying course materials and pass an online exam with a grade of 70% or better to become certified.  After registration, students will recieve all couse materials and detailed instructions for course participation and online examination via email. Class size is limited to 4 students.   

Students attending must bring with them to the class: a 4 hole motor (slow-speed)& straight attachment, acrylic bur, safety glasses, mask and a basic set-up (mirror, explorer, air/water tip). These instruments are not provided but may be rented for $40.  The instrument rental fee must be paid prior to class.

Refund Policy

Since Class space is limited and we usually have a waiting list 5-day notice must be given to cancel and receive a refund or to transfer to the next class. Refunds will be less $25 registration fee. You can transfer to the next class date if notice is less than 5 days with a $100 transfer fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
