Healthcare Provider with AED Requirement 2010 CLASS SCHEDULE Recertification
To register for one of these classes please hit the Registration Forms link on the left or scroll to the bottom of this page and mail payment to the office. Be sure to call office to check of space is still available, maximum 12 students minimum 5 students.
CPR Renewal Cost: $32.00 In Our Office or $ 42.00 Initial CPR Class $50. We Come To You. A BLS Healthcare Provider Workbook and CD is available to purchase for an additional $15. Otherwise, A DVD is viewed in class and a handout will be given to each participant to take home.
Must have 5 participants minimum to have a class. Please call to verify class date. Class
